It is a highly individual experience, and in many cases can be a space to safely challenge unhealthy thinking or behavioral patterns and make changes that can be applied in your life.

  • My out of network rate is $180 for a 50 minute session. I offer a limited amount of sliding scale options for those who qualify for a reduced rate. I can also provide you with a Superbill if you have a PPO insurance plan. Read more about Superbills here.
